Birthday Cake

It is Linda's granddaughters birthday this weekend. Linda thought it would be a nice idea to make her cake. We were planning on giving it to her on Saturday as a surprise. Instead, her friends decided to through her (the granddaughter) a surprise birthday party tonight. So for the past two afternoons I (with help from Linda) have been making chocolate molds and doing the cake. I think that it was a big success. It is her 16th birthday and she enjoys books. So we have an open book with 'chapter' 16 open and the title says 'Meg's Friends.' Then we got some edible markers and let all the friends sign their names on in the book. I think that they had a lot of fun doing so.
